Platform by platform

One team across
every account

Each platform pays differently, ranks differently and breaks differently. We manage each one on its own terms — not one strategy copy-pasted across four apps.

YouTube

Long-form and Shorts, managed as a channel business.

  • Titles, thumbnails, metadata
  • Monetisation & RPM review
  • Content ID & claims
  • Weekly analytics review

Facebook

Page growth and in-stream revenue, our strongest platform.

  • Page & Reels monetisation
  • Daily posting and scheduling
  • Crossposting rights setup
  • Paid boosting when it pays

Instagram

Reels-led growth and a feed that converts followers into buyers.

  • Reels strategy and repurposing
  • Grid, story and highlight design
  • Community management
  • Collab and creator tagging

TikTok

Hook-first short form, tested at volume until something lands.

  • Trend and sound monitoring
  • High-frequency posting
  • Creator Rewards eligibility
  • TikTok Shop setup

Full service list

Social media management

Content calendars, scheduling, captions, community replies and reporting across every account you own. Same team, every platform.

Growth & audience

Format testing, packaging, posting cadence and retention analysis — the work that decides whether a good post gets found.

Monetisation

In-stream ads, Reels bonuses, memberships, Shopping and AdSense health — plus payout and tax support for UK, Canadian and Bangladeshi creators.

Brand partnerships

We bring the deals, negotiate the rate, handle the contract and chase the invoice. You approve and film.

Content production

Editors, thumbnail designers, subtitlers and localisation — repurposing one shoot into every format each platform wants.

Rights & protection

Content ID, copyright claims, strike defence and takedowns — so re-uploads of your work pay you instead of someone else.

How it works

From first call to
first report

01

Account audit

We review every platform you're on — reach, revenue, gaps and what's being left on the table. Written findings in five working days.

02

Plan & terms

A platform-by-platform plan and a plain-English agreement. You keep full ownership of every account and everything in it.

03

We take over

Access, tooling, calendar and your named manager. Posting starts within ten working days of signing.

04

Monthly rhythm

Performance report, revenue statement and next month's plan — same date, every month, in language you can actually read.

Why creators switch to us

A network that
reports to you

Most agencies go quiet after onboarding. We work the other way round — a named manager, a monthly statement you can read, and support in your own timezone.

  • A named manager, not a shared inbox
  • Monthly revenue statement, line by line
  • Replies to claims and account issues within 24 hours
  • UK and Bangladesh offices covering both timezones
  • You keep 100% ownership of your accounts and content

Questions

Before you apply

No. You keep full ownership of every account, every video and every follower. We work with access you grant, and you can revoke it. Nothing in our agreement transfers rights to your content.

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok as standard. We also manage X and LinkedIn for creators and founders whose audience sits there. If you're only on one platform, we'll usually recommend starting with two.

Depending on the account, we work on a monthly retainer, a share of platform revenue, or a mix. The split is agreed before anything starts and written into the agreement — no percentage changes partway through.

There's no fixed minimum, but we look for consistent output and an audience that's already responding. If you're early, we'll tell you honestly and suggest what to fix before reapplying.

Yes. Ninety days' notice, no exit fee, no claim on your library. We'd rather you stay because the numbers are good than because you're locked in.

Let's look at your accounts

Send us your channels and we'll come back with a written review — what's underperforming, what's being left unmonetised, and the three changes we'd make first. No cost, no obligation.
